By integrating the logo’s colours into various elements like menus and buttons, the site maintains a unified look that reinforces brand recognition.
To address the challenge of presenting extensive and sometimes terminology-heavy information in a user-friendly manner, the website content was carefully organised.
The use of headings and sub-headings helps breaks down the information into manageable sections, making it easier for visitors to navigate and comprehend - an approach not only improves readability but also enhances the overall user experience.
Colour differentiation further aids in distinguishing various sections, ensuring that important information stands out.
The homepage features dynamic elements such as images, testimonials, and strategic call-to-actions that guide users through the site and direct them to relevant pages like "About Us" and "Services".
The inclusion of a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section provides quick answers to common inquiries, further improving user engagement. Despite limited assets, a combination of stock photos and quick snapshots of key team members like Rosie and Liz was effectively used to personalise the site.
While usually advocating for more detailed service pages and sub-pages, the decision to use a single page allowed for a quicker deployment of the website.
This approach ensured that FGC Tasmania could establish an online presence rapidly while maintaining a professional and informative stance.
The Hobart website design is empathetic to the nature of their business, reflecting professionalism and a deep understanding of the industry.
